I absolutely loved the stunning view of the Alps from the hotel. It was truly breathtaking. The location was also fantastic, as it was just a short 10-minute walk from the train station. The staff were incredibly friendly and made my friend and I feel very comfortable during our 2-night stay. The room and toilets were clean, and the shared kitchen area was well-maintained. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pantry that was open from 6 a.m. to midnight, which was convenient for budget travelers like me. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

I stayed at the Happy Inn Lodge for a few nights at the end of May. The service was professional and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant had a comfortable pub-like atmosphere, and the showers were clean and good. The toilets were simple, but clean. I liked the fact that they had a smokers lounge inside, especially when it was cold outside. The location attracted a diverse, international crowd. The inn was conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the station, and the view of the alps from the village was absolutely breathtaking.

I strongly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hostel for a couple of nights while exploring the area. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They provided big lockers in the kitchen area to store our belongings safely during the day. We could also borrow locks with keys from the bar counter for a small deposit. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the city bus stop. The hostel had a great energy and was perfect for budget travelers looking for a place to crash at night and spend the day sightseeing.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile. The location of the hotel is superb, being very nearby to the train station and just a few minutes away from the city bus stop. The hostel offered big lockers in the kitchen area for secure storage of belongings, and each bed in the female dorm had its own power connection.

I did find it inconvenient that there was no stove/hob in the shared kitchen, which prevented guests from cooking their own meals.

happy inn lodge exceeded my expectations during this relaxing spa holiday in interlaken. the location was perfect for exploring, the staff was fabulous, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
